Andrew Hampton was a Headteacher for 18 years and a teacher for 35 years. He is the creator of two programmes for schools: Girls on Board and Working with Boys. He is the author of When Girls Fall Out, Working with Boys and How to Run a School.

Hampton

Having stepped away from Headship in 2021, Andrew now works full time training teachers in his approaches: Girls on Board and Working with Boys. He posts regularly on Linkedin and is the author of How to Run a School  published by Routledge in May 2025.
